We want you and your little one to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items received after this window are not eligible for a refund.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or tag removal cannot be accepted. We recommend trying items on over a onesie or clean layer to keep them in returnable condition while you check the fit.
How to Start a Return
There are two ways to start a return. You can find your order confirmation email and click "Start Return" to begin the process. Or you can log in to your account at account.alpenshade.com/orders, find the order, and initiate a return from there. Follow the prompts to complete your return request and get your shipping instructions.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We don't offer direct exchanges or store credit at this time. If you'd like a different size or colorway, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This helps us keep things simple and get the right item to you faster.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us at info@alpenshade.com with a photo of the issue. Hearing from you directly helps us improve our quality and catch problems early. We'll arrange a free return with a prepaid shipping label and process your refund as soon as we receive the item.
Refund Details
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we've confirmed receipt of the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
