Shipping Policy

At Alpenshade, we know you're excited to get your sun-safe gear and start your next adventure. We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, Alpenshade ships internationally only to Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by Canadian authorities.

Estimated delivery times to Canada vary depending on the shipping destination and customs processing times.

We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future and appreciate your support as we grow.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Alpenshade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend first checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Alpenshade is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated shipping timelines, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
