Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Alpenshade products are designed to provide ultraviolet protection according to their stated UPF rating under normal conditions of use. However:

  • No garment blocks 100% of UV radiation.
  • Sun exposure may still occur through uncovered skin or due to stretching, wear, damage, or improper use.
  • Our products are intended to supplement—not replace—other sun protection practices, including sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and seeking shade.
